Ms Zariwala appearing for Ex-Directors states that within two weeks from today all details as required by the Official Liquidator in this Official Liquidator report shall be provided and that the Ex-Directors will not seek any extension. The Ex-Directors have not been, as stated in paragraphs 7 and 8 of the Official Liquidator Report, co-operating with the Official Liquidator. Even today, Ms Zariwala states only some documents sought have been provided and her clients are in the process of procuring the balance. Therefore, it is made clear that if, within two weeks from today all these details are not provided, this court will be constrained to commence suo motu contempt proceedings against the two Ex-Directors.
