Mr.Kanade, learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.1 tenders the consent terms filed by the parties before the Executing Court in Regular Darkhasta No.562 of 2015. It is clear that the petitioner has thus accepted the impugned award rendered by the learned arbitrator. In view of the consent terms arrived at between the parties, the Arbitration Petition (Lodging) No.30 of 2016 does not survive and is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. 1/2
