Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

Mr. Jejeebhoy, the learned counsel for the Official Liquidator, on instruction, submits that in terms of the order dated 7th January, 2023, the Reliance Commercial Finance Limited and Indian Bank, Cuffe Parade, Mumbai branch have furnished the requisite documents/information. Upon perusal of those documents/ information and reconciliation of the record, he is under instruction to make a statement that the Official Liquidator is ready to handover the symbolic possession of the office premises situated at 604, Morya Landmark II, 6th Floor, New Link Road, Andheri (w), Mumbai 400 053 to the applicants.
