Provisional liquidator stands discharged. The company department to give notice in Free Press Journal and Navshakti about the dismissal of this petition and utilize the amount of Rs.10,000/- deposited by petitioner for paying for the advertisement. Any surplus money to be paid over to the official liquidator.
