Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties. By an order dated 25-02-2016, Mr. Sanjay Kothari was appointed as the third/Presiding Arbitrator to decide the disputes between the parties. Mr. Sanjay Kothari, Advocate, has now expressed his inability to act as an Arbitrator in the matter. In view thereof, Mr. Jimmy Avasia, Advocate, is appointed as the third/presiding arbitrator to decide the disputes between the parties arising out of the Agreement dated 21 st March, 2001.

The disclosure of Mr. Jimmy Avasia, Advocate under Section 11 (8) read with Section 12 (1) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 is taken on record. 3.
