At the hearing of this ad-interim application yesterday, I found that the Petition as also the Notice of Motion had been filed by the Constituted Attorney, one Mr. Bharat Talakshi Vora, of the Plaintiff, Mrs. Nusrat Javed Malik. I directed both the Plaintiff and her Constituted Attorney to remain present in Court today. They are both present. Mrs. Malik confirms that she gave the Power of
