By this application, the applicants / petitioners pray for issuance of special citations to the executors who have not responded. It is submitted that two of the four executors have filed replies in the present application indicating that they are not interested in acting as executors. In that light, the learned counsel for the applicants prays for issuance of special citations to the remaining two executors i.e. (1) Shri. Janardan Gajanan Bhatt and (2) Shri. Dipak Pravin Dave.

In view of the above, the department is directed to issue special citations to executors i.e. (1) Shri. Janardan Gajanan Bhatt and (2) Shri. Dipak Pravin Dave, returnable on 21st June, 2024. 3.
