By this Application, Applicant Indian Oil Corporation Limited is seeking extention of time to comply the order dated 06.05.2021 passed by this court (Coram: A.A.Sayed & Madhav Jamdar, JJ.) in Writ Petition (L) No.9853 of 2021. 3.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that Mohite 1/2

5 ia1343-21.odt this court directed Applicant to take fresh decision on the show cause notice within four weeks from the date of order. He submits that record and proceedings are bulky. Hence, it requires some time to take immediate decision. He submits that in the interest of justice, this Hon'ble Court be pleased to extend time to comply the order dated 06.05.2021 atleast by four weeks though they claimed 8 weeks in the present Application.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that they have no objection to allow the present Application but instead of 8 weeks, four weeks may be granted to comply the said order. Considering these facts, following order is passed:

a.

Applicant is granted time till 20.08.2021 to comply the order dated 06.05.2021 passed by this court in Writ Petition (L) No.9853 of 2021 i.e. to take fresh decision on the show cause notice and inform their decision in writing to the other side.

b.

Interim Application stands disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
