Prayer (b) of the petition reads as under:- "that this Hon'ble Court may condone any delay post 31 May 2021 in filing of Objections before the DRP, and issue directions for adjudication on merits by the DRP;"

In view of what is contained in paragraph 4.7 of the affidavit in reply of Srishti Chaudhry affirmed on 30th August 2021, without going into details, the order dated 19th May 2021 is quashed and set aside and petitioner is given liberty to file its objections before the Dispute Resolution Panel (DRP) within three weeks from today.

The DRP may consider the objections / submissions of petitioner, and also grant personal hearing as per the rules and pass such order as it deems fit. We have not expressed any view on the merits of the case.

Petition disposed with no order as to costs.
