After arguing for some time learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner will file fresh application seeking permission to the Petitioner's Hotel for grant of performance licence under Rule 108 of Rules for Licensing & Controlling Places of Public Amusements (Other Then Cinemas) & Performances for Public Amusement, Including Cabaret Performances, Discotheque, Games, Pool Game Parlours, Amusement Parlours Providing Computer Games, Virtual Reality Games, Cyber Cafes, Games With Net Connectivity, Bowling Alleys, Card Rooms, Social Clubs, Sports Clubs, Melas & Tamashas Rules, 1960.

He prays that the said application be directed to be decided expeditiously.

Having regard to the aforesaid, we dispose of this Petition by directing that, in case the Petitioner submits such application within 10 days from today, the same shall be considered and appropriate decision in accordance with law be taken on it by Respondent No. 3 as expeditiously as possible preferably within three months from the date of receipt of such application.
