It is submitted on behalf of the plaintiff as also supported by the defendants that in view of the orders passed In Arbitration Petition No. 171 of 2022 disposing of the said proceedings in terms of the consent terms arrived between the petitioner and respondent nos. 1 to 3 therein, further adjudication of the suit is not called for. The plaintiff accordingly prays that the suit be disposed of leaving the parties to abide by the settlement terms as arrived in the consent terms filed in the Arbitration Petition No. 171 of 2020.

The suit is accordingly disposed of.

Interim Application would also not survive and the same is accordingly disposed of.
