Perused the Chamber Order and the Affidavit in support thereto. The Chamber Order is allowed and the order passed by the Prothonotary and Senior Master dated 23-04-2014 is set aside. Written Statement of Defendant No.7 is taken on record. The learned Advocate for Defendant No.7 undertakes to pay cost of Rs.5,000/- to the Plaintiffs within a period of two weeks from the date of this order. The undertaking is accepted. Chamber Order is accordingly disposed of.
