The 1st Defendant passed away pending Suit. He was survived by his son, Sandeep G Rajeha, and two daughters, Sabita Rajesh Narang and Sonali Nimish Arora. These three are the Respondents to this Chamber Summons. They are proposed to be joined as Defendant Nos. 1(a) to 1(c). As between these Respondents, there are other disputes pending in separate 19th November 2018

28-CHS887-16.DOC proceedings including inter alia as to which of them is entitled to represent the estate of their deceased father, Gopal Raheja. All rights and contentions in that regard are expressly kept open. There is however no manner of doubt that these three Respondents are the children of Gopal Raheja.

Subject to this, the Chamber Summons is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).

Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today without need of reverification.
