Pursuant to the notice issued by the judgment creditor, the judgment debtor is present in court and states that he proposes to file an application for setting aside the insolvency notice.

The judgment creditor has filed this notice based on an ex-parte decree obtained by him in the Summary Suit No. 1447 of 2011 which decree is not set aside or stayed by any court.

Notice is accordingly made absolute. The judgment debtor will be at liberty to apply for setting aside this notice by filing an appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.
