Learned Counsel for the Respondent Bank placed on record written communication dated 5 March 2016, which is marked "X" for identification, whereby they have decided to consider the case of Petitioner and grant benefits in accordance with law. Based upon this and in view of the order passed by a Division Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No.1282 of 2013 dated 29 October 2013 and as the statement is made that the Petitioner is similarly placed, we are inclined to pass the following order :- 2.
The petition is disposed of in view of above, with a direction to the Respondents to close the disciplinary enquiry against the Petitioner and to release the retirement benefits within four weeks of receiving copy of this order.
