Today when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner prayed to dispose of this Petition by directing the Respondent No.3 to consider and take appropriate decision on the Petitioner's complaint dated 21/08/2017 Ex.A.

Having regard to the aforesaid limited prayer without commenting on the merits of the matter and the correctness of the complaint, we dispose of this Petition by directing Respondent No.3 to examine the said complaint and take appropriate decision/steps after giving due opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner and also to the affected party against whom allegations have been made in Ex.A. Let this be done by the Respondent No.3 within four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
