Learned counsel for the petitioner states that since the petitioner has expired and in view of the fact that this Court has already ordered winding up of the respondent by a separate order passed by this Court in Company Petition No.822 of 2014, the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw this petition. She further states that the legal heirs and representatives of the petitioner would file affidavit of claim before the Official Liquidator. 2.

The company petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the legal heirs and representatives of the petitioner to file affidavit of claim before the Official Liquidator in Company Petition No.822 of 2014. No order as to costs.
