By this petition, the petitioner seeks winding up of the respondent on the ground that the respondent is unable to pay its debts. The facts of this case are identical to the Company Petition No.822 of 2014. By a separate order passed by this Court today in Company Petition No.822 of 2014, the said company petition is already allowed and the respondent is ordered to be wound up. 2.

In view of the said order, the petitioner in this company petition can file his affidavit of claim before the Official Liquidator. 3.

The company petition is accordingly disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
