Perused the above Application and the Affidavit in support thereto. For the reasons set out in the Affidavit in support of the Application, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), which are reproduced hereunder :

"(a) that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to condone the delay in filing present Company Application.

Nitin 2 / 2 1006-CAL-259-2014 (b) that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to recall and set aside the order dated 23rd March, 2014 passed by this Hon'ble Court dismissing the Company Application (L) No. 337 of 2013 for want of prosecution under O.S. Rule 986 ; restore the same on the file of this Hon'ble Court and allow the Applicant to remove office objections in Company Application within a period of two weeks from the date of order and proceed on merits".

Place the Company Application (L) No. 337 of 2013 for hearing on 7th April, 2015 subject to numbering.
