On the application of the learned Advocate for the Plaintiffs, the suit is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to adopt appropriate proceedings. This liberty is not to be construed to mean that the Plaintiffs is entitled in law to adopt any such proceedings. They will have to make out an appropriate case before a Court of competent jurisdiction for the reliefs they seek.
