Ms. Priya Rita seeks leave to withdraw the chamber summons and the execution application with liberty to file fresh execution application and chamber summons once respondents are located. Ms Priya Rita states that respondents are not traceable as of now. Chamber summons and Execution application dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

If warrant of arrest has been issued, applicant shall, within 72 hours, inform the concerned authorities that execution application itself has been withdrawn and therefore, the warrant of arrest need not be executed Meera Jadhav
