By order dated 9th October, 2023, the Interim Application taken out in the above Suit has been made absolute in terms of prayer Clauses (a) and (b). The Prothonotary and Senior Master of this Court was directed to release the sale proceeds of the Defendant - Vessel deposited pursuant to the order dated 22nd December, 2020 towards satisfaction of the decree passed in the Applicant's favour. The drawn up decree passed by this Court was dispensed with.

In that view of the matter, nothing remains in the Commercial Admiralty Suit No.49 of 2021 and the same is disposed of.
