It is informed that the proceedings in the nature of original application are pending before the DRT-II, Mumbai. By virtue of order passed on 7.6.2016, the DRT- II was directed to hear and dispose of on merits the proceedings pending before it as expeditiously as possible within 8-weeks from the date of the order. It is informed that the matter is being heard by the DRT and hearing is expected to be completed within a period of 8-weeks from today. In this view of the matter, petition stands disposed off with directions to the DRT-II to decide the pending original application as expeditiously as possible within 8-weeks from today. Ad interim order shall
