Perused the Chamber Order and the Affidavit in support thereto. For the reasons set out in the affidavit in support of the Chamber Order, the order dated 31-102017 dismissing the above Chamber Summons is set aside and the Chamber Summons is restored to file. However, the Advocate for the Petitioners shall remove office objections within a period of two weeks from today, failing which the Chamber Summons shall stand dismissed without further reference to this Court. The Chamber Order is accordingly disposed of.
