The learned Advocate appearing for the Petitioner states that earlier the electricity meter bearing No.5713348/9 stood in the name of the deceased husband of the Petitioner. The legal heirs of the the deceased husband of the Petitioner are as under :

The learned Senior Advocate appearing for the Corporation on instructions states that one unit of permanent alternate accommodation shall be given/provided to the Petitioner, subject to all the legal heirs of the deceased husband of the Petitioner making an Affidavit within a period of three weeks from today stating that except for them, there are no other legal heirs of Mr. Siddique Chand Mohd and that they have no objection if the Corporation provides one unit to the Petitioner and that upon such allotment, they shall have no claim of whatsoever nature. The Petitioner and the heirs of her deceased husband are directed to act accordingly. 2.
