Mr Chaudhari confirms that all arrears of the transit rent have been paid and in fact the transit rent has been paid until May 2022. He makes a statement that after June 2022, the transit rent will be paid monthly as is being done with all other eligible occupants who are paid transit rent, till possession of rehab premises is handed over to the Petitioner. We note and accept the statement as an undertaking to the Court.
