Further to the order dated 26th September 2017, the applicants have amended the prayer clause to condone the delay in submitting further evidence and to direct the official liquidator to re-adjudicate the claim of applicants.

Though I do not find on record any further affidavit in support of this amended prayer, nevertheless as Mr.Aithe, company prosecutor states since it is a claim of workmen, official liquidator will have no objection in Shraddha Talekar PS 1/2

31.ca.562.2016.cp.29.1996.doc reconciling the claim of the workmen but the applicants should be directed to file all documents in support of their claims within three weeks from today.

Mr.Kher states that within three weeks from today, the documents in support of the claim of each of petitioner will be supplied duly paginated and legible copies with sufficient explanation to the official liquidator. In view of above, statement made by Mr.Kher, company application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) and accordingly disposed. (K.R. SHRIRAM, J.) Shraddha Talekar PS 2/2
