This application is moved on behalf of the Original Petitioner to carry out appropriate amendments as per Schedule "A" to the application.

It is pointed out that when the citations were served, one of the brothers of the Petitioner pointed out certain mistakes in the extent of shares of deceased mentioned in the original petition at Schedule "I".

It is in this backdrop that the present application has been filed.

This Court is convinced that in the interest of justice, the application deserves to be allowed.
