The present Interim Application seeks amendment to the original Schedule annexed to Testamentary Petition No. 865 of 2009. By the present Application the petitioner seeks to add certain securities belonging to the deceased which estate was brought to her knowledge after the grant of probate A.B.Kakde 1/2

17-ia-5135-2022.doc and was standing in the name of the deceased testator, which have remained to be transmitted.

The names of the only legal heirs and next of kin according to the Hindu Succession Act,1965 were set out in the table of paragraph 6 of the said application.

I have heard learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant and perused the copy of the Miscellaneous Petition and find that the same is in order and same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads as under: (a)The applicant be permitted to incorporate amendment in Schedule annexed to Interim Application in Schedule of the Original Petition.
