The Petitioner is personally present in Court. She instructs her Advocate to state that she has, after the filing of this Petition for Letters of Administration, found a Will said to have been left by the deceased. She, therefore, seeks to withdraw this Petition. The Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file an appropriate proceedings to prove the Will.

The Petitioner has paid a maximum ad-valorem court fees on this Petition. In the facts and circumstances of this case, the entire court fees paid on this Petition will be allowed to be adjusted against the Petition that the Petitioner will now file seeking to prove the Will in question.
