Paragraph 1 of the order dated 18th June 2018 reads thus :- "1.
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. The petitioner Nos.1, 2, 3, 11, 13, 14, 15, 16, 20, 23, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31 and 32 are claiming to the legal representatives of the original allottees of the rooms in a municipal property. Others are claiming to be the original allottees. The learned counsel for the respondent No.5 states that if the names of the petitioners are included in Annexure-II by the Municipal Corporation or if they are held to be eligible by the Municipal Corporation, the respondent No.5 is willing to execute agreements with the eligible petitioners on par with the agreements executed with several other occupants."

wpl-1649.18.doc If any of the petitioners have made applications for transfer of tenancies in their name and if the said applications are pending, the same shall be decided within a period of two months from today. Needless to add that in case of those petitioners whose applications for transfer are allowed and tenancies are transferred in their names, the Respondent No.5 will have to execute agreements with them as per the statement recorded in the order dated 18th June 2018.
