P.C. :- The Petitioner is praying for issuance of directions to the learned Single Judge to decide the Notice of Motion in the time bound manner. Our attention is invited to an order passed by the Division Bench on 17th December 2014 wherein it is observed while disposing of the Appeal and the Notice of Motion that the Motion pending before the learned Single Judge is also expedited. It is for the learned Single Judge to manage its work and take up the matters
