The learned Advocate appearing for the Petitioner on instructions states that earlier the Consumer number of the electricity meter of the Petitioner was 6508698/7. The same was replaced in the year 2006 by Consumer No.000053133428. It is submitted that the Petitioner is residing with her husband and in the event of one permanent alternate accommodation being provided to the Petitioner, her husband and/or any of her family members will not make any claims for any other permanent alternate accommodation/premises. An affidavit to this effect shall be filed by the Petitioner and her husband. The learned Senior Advocate for the Corporation on instructions states that upon such Affidavit being filed, they shall proceed to allot one permanent alternate accommodation to the Petitioner and her husband for use of the SSP 1/2
