IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY

IN INSOLVENCY INSOLVENCY PETITION NO. 10 OF 2015 Prakash Arunchandra Doshi .. Petitioning Creditor Vs.

Mrs. Jaymala Kaushik Upadhyay .. Debtor Ms. K. S. Lalwani for the Petitioning Creditor. CORAM : A. S. GADKARI, J.

DATE : 4 th JULY, 2017.

P. C. :

1.

The record indicates that the learned counsel for the petitioning creditor has taken several adjournments to remove office objections and to comply with the requisitions raised by the Insolvency Registrar. The present matter was earlier listed on 20.06.2017 and at the request of learned counsel for the petitioning creditor it was adjourned to today and is kept under the caption of dismissal. The learned counsel for the petitioning creditor submitted that the petitioning creditor has not contacted her despite several communications issued by her to him. 2.

In view of the above, it appears that the petitioning creditor is not interested in pursuing the petition. The petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
