The Consent Terms are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The Consent Terms are signed by the Petitioner Nos.1 to 3 and Respondent Nos.1 to 5. The Consent Terms are also signed by the Advocates for the parties. The undertaking recorded in clause (b) of paragraph 1 of the Consent Terms is accepted. The Miscellaneous Petition is accordingly disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms, marked 'X'. In view thereof, the above Notice of Motion also stands disposed off. Refund of Court Fees, if any, as per rules.
