The counsel for defendant no.1 and defendant no.2 seek time to file reply. Notice of motion was served way back in June 2016. Therefore, defendant nos.1 and 2 had enough time to file affidavit in reply. Defendant nos.1 and 2 to file affidavit in reply and serve a copy thereof by 10th December 2018. Rejoinder, if any to be filed and copy served by 15th December 2018.

Notice of motion to be listed for hearing on 18th December 2018.

Defendant nos.1 and 2, each shall pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- as costs for today's adjournment and this amount shall be paid by way of cheque drawn in favour of advocate on record for plaintiff within one week from today. If this amount is not paid within the time prescribed, the reply Gauri Gaekwad
