This Chamber Summons is to grant leave to the plaintiffs to amend the plaint as per the Schedule annexed thereto.

I have considered the affidavit-in-support. Counsel for defendant no.16 submits to the orders of the Court. Counsel appearing for defendant nos.1, 3 & 4 and 9 to 14 state that they have no objection if the Chamber Summons is allowed since it appears to be typographical error. 3.

In view thereof, the Chamber Summons is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The plaint to be amended and the amended copy to be served on all the defendants within two weeks from today.

Though the amendment appears to be only to correct some typographical error, still if the defendants wish to file a further Written Statement, they may do so within two weeks from today. (K.R. SHRIRAM, J.)
