By this notice of motion, the applicants seek condonation of delay of 29 days in filing the arbitration petition. No affidavit in reply is filed by the respondents. For the reasons recorded in the affidavit in support of the notice of motion, notice of motion is made absolute in terms of prayer (a). Delay of 29 days in filing arbitration petition is condoned. No order as to costs. 2.

Place the arbitration petition on board for admission on 13th April, 2015. Petitioners are directed to remove all office objections on or before 8th April, 2015, failing which the petition to stand dismissed without further reference to court. If the petition is numbered, petitioners are directed to convey the same to the advocate representing the respondents.
