Notice of Motion No.942 of 2017 seeks recall of a dismissal order passed in Notice of Motion No.152 of 2015, for want of prosecution. The Notice of Motion is duly served on the Defendant. Learned Counsel for the Plaintiff undertakes to file an affidavit of service within one week from today.

For the reasons stated in the affidavit of service in support of the Notice of Motion, Notice of Motion No.942 of 2017 is made absolute in terms prayer Clauses 'a' and 'b'.
