The learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent No.1 draws our attention to the letter of the Deputy Chief Officer(Marketing Division) dated 4/7/2017 addressed to one Geeta Dayal Kondwani, the Respondent No.

3. By the said letter the allotment of Gala No. 605 i.e. stilt parking has been cancelled. In view of the said letter, the cause of action for filing the above Petition does not survive. The said letter is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The Petition is accordingly disposed of as having turned infructuous.
