We have heard the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant in support of the Chamber Summons. The learned
4-CHSW153-15.DOC counsel appearing for the Writ Petitioner states that the Writ Petitioner has no serious objection for allowing intervention in view of the order passed, a copy of which is at Exhibit "1" to the Affidavit in Support of the Chamber Summons. It is pointed out that the said order has been challenged in this Court by filing a Writ Petition and that Writ Petition has already been admitted by this Court.
