This is the Plaintiffs' Chamber Summons for amendment. It seeks to add a party as Defendant No.19 and also to include certain 20th December 2016
952-CHS731-14.DOC additional averments in relation to a transfer alleged to have been made of an immovable property.

Written Statements have not yet been filed. The Chamber Summons will have to be allowed. It is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). Amendments to be carried out on or before 13th January 2017.

Corresponding amendments to the Notice of Motion are also permitted. These are also to be carried out on or before 13th January 2017.

A copy of the amended Plaint is to be served on the Advocates for the Defendants and on the newly added Defendant on or before 27th January 2017. All Written Statements to be filed and served on or before 21st April 2017. Discovery and inspection within two weeks thereafter. List the Suit on 2nd May 2017 for marking the Plaintiffs' documents.

A copy of the amended Notice of Motion is also to be served on the Advocates for all the Defendants and the newly added Defendant No.19.
