The learned counsel for the Petitioners seek leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty to the Petitioners to approach the Municipal Corporation to take appropriate action for redressal of their grievances if any, in accordance with law.

Needless to say that we have not opined on the merits of the Petition and the Municipal Corporation shall independently examine the grievances of the Petitioners and take appropriate action in accordance with law.
