The Admiralty Suit stands settled between the parties. Learned Counsel for the Plaintiff seeks leave to withdraw the suit. Suit dismissed as withdrawn. The vessel has been ordered to be released. There is no caveat against release of the vessel.

The Plaintiff undertakes to pay the Sheriff's poundage of USD 2850.12 in INR within a period of four weeks from today. Pg 1 of 2

The Plaintiff shall also pay the deficit Court fees in terms of the undertaking. The period to pay the Court fees shall be extended by a period of one week from 18 May 2015.

The Plaintiff is at liberty to communicate this Order along with the letter from the Sheriff of Mumbai to all Authorities including Port and Customs by fax-/e-mail hand delivery.

In view of the urgency, the formal Instrument of Release is dispensed with;
