The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioners has fairly conceded that though the consent terms have signed by the parties but the same have not been filed in this Court. 1.

That being the position, in our view, the question of granting the reliefs which are prayed by the Petitioners does not arise. Hearing of the petition is expedited. Place the matter for direction on 1/2

- 2 - (NMW 212 of 2014) 9th June, 2014. On that day, the matter will be fixed for final hearing. The Respondents may file their reply, failing which, the petition shall be heard and disposed of on the basis of uncontroverted averments made in the petition.
