CALLED FOR PASSING COURT RECEIVER'S ACCOUNTS : The Office of the Court Receiver has filed accounts for the period from 28th November, 2013 to 20th February, 2015, from appointment of Court Receiver. However, the period is shown as 01st January, 2013 to 31st December, 2015 in covering letter.

The representative of the Petitioner states that they have received the statement of Accounts as well as taken inspection of the same in the office of the Court Receiver. He further states they have no objection if the Accounts filed by Office of Court Receiver on the record are accepted. In the Office of Court Receiver all entries are recorded, duly verified by Section Officer, counter signed and/or verified by concerned Master, and approved by Account Officer of that Office. Moreover, the Section Officer of this department has verified each and every entry corresponding ....2/-

- 2 - Sr.No.3/21-09-2016/ARBP(L)-1144-2013 with the vouchers produced by the Court Receiver and found the same is in order. In view of the above, the accounts submitted by the Court Receiver for the period from 1st January, 2013 to 31st December, 2015 (28th November, 2013 to 20th February, 2015) are accepted and passed.
