The original Defendant No.6 (whose name also appears in the array of parties elsewhere) has passed away. This Chamber Order No.273 of 2016 seeks to bring his i.e. Defendant No.6's, heirs on record.

Mr. Shah for the Plaintiffs states that the name of Mrs. Vasanti Gopaldas Kotadia also requires to be deleted. Her heirs are already on record. This amendment is also allowed on the same terms.

Given the number of amendments that have been made to this proceedings and the number of times the title has been amended, the Advocates for the Plaintiffs are directed to prepare a fresh typed copy of the Petition / Plaint with the corrected complete title and to serve a copy on the Advocates for the Defendants as well.
