However, the Advocate for the Petitioner has not received any claims. The Petition is taken up for hearing and final disposal. The learned Advocate for the Respondent has handed over a cheque of Rs.2,00,000/- to the Advocate for the Petitioner in full and final settlement of the claim of the Petitioner in the above Petition. In view thereof, the learned Advocate for the Petitioner seeks to withdraw the above Petition. The Company Petition is disposed as withdrawn.
