The Notice of Motion is not pressed as there is no change in circumstances from the ad-interim order dated 30th June 2014. However, that ad-interim is slightly modified to this extent, viz., that the Defendants are not to sell, transfer, alienate or encumber the suit properties without leave of the Court obtained after at least three weeks' prior notice to the Advocates for the Plaintiff. 20th December 2016
