Learned counsel for the petitioners in both petitions seeks leave to withdraw the petitions.

Learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondent - Corporation are agreed that the petitioners be allowed to withdraw the amount deposited in this Court along with accrued interest to enable the petitioners to pay the same to the respondent - Corporation within one week of withdrawal thereof. Learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes to make the application for withdrawal of the amount within a period of eight days from today. The undertaking of the learned counsel for the petitioners is recorded that the said amount shall be paid over the respondent - Corporation within one week of the withdrawal thereof by the petitioners.
